McDonald’s has seen its fair share of changes due to the global coronavirus outbreak.

The most significant change has to do with the food McDonald’s is serving.

Today reported that the famous fast-food chain is planning to keep yogurt parfaits, bagels and salads off its menu after the COVID-19 pandemic led to the company to remove items off its list.

Throughout the United States, McDonald’s said it plans to add back seven items throughout July, but others will remain off the menu.

Items that are returning include vanilla cones, chocolate chip cookies, two variations of the Quarter Pounder, and the Bacon McDouble. Some of the items, like salads, could return shortly.

“Now, we’re reintroducing some of our iconic offerings while keeping our menu streamlined – focusing on expert preparation, great service, and as always, quality ingredients,” McDonald’s USA said in a statement. “With customers at the center of everything we do, we’ll continue listening to them and evolving our menu to meet their needs.”

In May, McDonald’s outlined a 59-page reopening guide for restaurant owners a slew of protocols they should follow in light of the coronavirus pandemic as their locations prepare to reopen.

The guide also includes a "three-page question-and-answer section in the guide covers security risks to workers managing resistant customers or loiterers.”

Among the changes:

—Clean bathrooms every 30 minutes
—Enforce social distancing in restaurants
—Either close public soda fountains or deploy a staff member to monitor them
—Use foot-pulls for bathroom doors so customers may open them without using their hands
—Workers need to wear masks and gloves
—Restaurants need to make face shields available for customers in areas required by law

Back in March, McDonald’s closed all of its company-owned dining rooms across the United States due to the coronavirus pandemic.
