Two more men have been indicted in the case against Schlitterbahn.

David Hughes and John Zalsman were maintenance workers at the waterpark.  They made their first appearance in Wyandotte County Court on Wednesday when the indictment was unsealed.

The two men are accused of interfering with the police investigation into the death of 10-year-old Caleb Schwab.  They are charged with obstruction of justice.

Three others, including the park's owner and Verruckt slide designer, are already facing charges.

Schwab was killed in August 2016 when the raft he was riding on went airborne on the second hill of the Verruckt.
