Man with handgun fires shots inside Blue Springs Walmart

The Blue Springs Police Department is asking for help in finding a man who is believed to have fired shots inside the Walmart store at 600 Northeast Coronado Drive.

The incident happened at the store around 9:30 p.m. Monday, according to a news release. A man fired multiple rounds from a pistol when he was confronted inside the Walmart. No one was hurt.

Police are looking for a man whose grainy photograph was caught on the store's surveillance system. He is believed to be about 5'8", with a larger build and facial hair.

The shooter is believed to have fled in a white Dodge Magnum (pictured below).
