Police found 28-year-old Cartez Seal and 29-year-old Marcus Neal suffering from gunshot wounds.

"I just lost a nephew in 2014, now I've lost my nephew in 2019," said Karla Prince, a relative of one of the victims. "Violence, it needs to stop!"

Police say they are for one suspect in connection with the Brush Creek homicides.
